The Pit Bull Seafood Fiesta

Really no real trick to this one. Get enough seafood to make any New Englander drop his jaw and serve it up with enough Pit Bull Sauce to melt steel.

And then (need we say) ENJOY!

mmmmmmm. Pit Bull Wings....Tickets Hot Wings

On the Grill:  Prepare a very hot BBQ grill, and brush the grill grate with 2 tbsps of oil.  Once grill is heated, turn down to medium.

If using charcoal (like a real man) rake some coals over to the side to create a medium-heat zone.

Toss wings with some olive oil and Pit Bull Spice Rub to coat.

Grill wings for about 7 minutes on each side, turn and move so they don't stick to grill.  Brush on Pit Bull Hot Sauce last few minutes. Serve with plenty of cold Beer and an extra shake of Pit Bull Hot Sauce.

In the Oven:  Toss wings with some olive oil and Pit Bull Spice Rub to coat.  Place on baking pan and bake 350 degree for 1 hour, turning every 15 mins so they don't stick.  Take out of the oven and toss with Pit Bull Hot Sauce.  Return to 350 degree oven and bake for another 15mins.  Broil if you like them crispy.  Serve with plenty of cold Beer and an extra shake of Pit Bull Hot Sauce.

Eat at your own Risk.  They truly Bite you Back.
